The project included a kitchen redesign, removing walls, fireplace renovation with stacked stone, bathroom upgrades, paint and new lighting throughout. The construction was provided by MAC Design + Build, who did amazing work on this project! The wonderful before and after pictures were photographed by Exposurely.

The house was just listed on February 13th for $1,295,000 and the open house is scheduled for Sunday, February 22nd for anyone interested!

Domain Design Wins Best of Houzz 2015!

For three consecutive years, Domain Design has won Best of Houzz in the DC Metro area! This time the winning photograph was the Sunroom in the River Point Project. Thank you Houzz Community!!! http://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/40098626

Blacked Out

I love how this project is turning out! Many people are scared of going too bold, but look how dramatic your trim and doors can look by going dark? This trim is actually not a jet black, but rather a more subtle black suede. Try it out in a basement or bedroom!

Wall of Wine

The wine wall is finally complete. The sunroom has officially been converted into a wine tasting room! This custom wine rack is not only functional, holding 114 bottles, but serves as a beautiful work of art. Max is very excited to showcase this beauty!
